Stand-Alone Briquetting Machines are designed and engineered to completely solve metal scrap handling on the machine. Thanks to their direct placement under the conveyor belt, briquetting machines ensure maximum machine tool efficiency by zeroing out downtime due to conveyor jamming.

The substantial reduction in the volume of metal shavings and the recovery of liquids results in a substantial decrease in the handling of skips and drums, reducing the risks and personnel involved in handling metal shavings.

The emulsion liquid recovered during chip squeezing is fed back directly into the machine tool tank via a pump.

Automatic change of long-short chip process.

With the automatic long-short chip process change, the compacting machine adapts the working cycle to the chip inserted. (It is possible to optimize operation by changing the parameters).

Function for remote power off and on.

Whole oil accessory.

The whole oil accessory is indicated when the chip is very wet with whole oil (neat oil).

Hopper customization.

Which includes:

The phase finder for cyclic direction orientation of the electric motor facilitates the electrical connection without having to worry about the phase so as to prevent counter rotations of the hydraulic pump that may suffer a reduction in service life due to phase testing.

When there is no more material to be processed in the hopper, the Briquetting Machine stops the working cycle by waiting a predefined (modifiable) time and then resumes compacting the chips. This optional feature ensures that no unnecessary energy is wasted.

Software hardware kit for plc integration into enterprise information system (4.0).

Connecting the PLC to the company network and communication software between the PLC and the company management information system. It also allows remote Briquetting Machine control and remote diagnostics, with the possibility of software updating.
