On the shop floor, precision is not an optional extra: it is a prerequisite for reliable and repeatable production. However, precision alone is not enough. Without operational efficiency, quick setups, and truly stable clamping, even the best performing machine loses competitiveness.
It is from this awareness that the concept of clamping according to Jvonne was born: a system designed to make machining more linear, more precise and faster, the result of design and production developed entirely in Italy.
From shop floor experience to clamping solutions
Jvonne’s history is closely linked to the world of mechanical production. We have been operating as a machine shop since 1981 , working directly on customer parts. It was this daily contact with machine tools, work cycles and real production problems that brought out a clear limitation: the clamping equipment available on the market did not guarantee the rigidity, precision and reliability required.
In 1992 , the choice was a natural one: to design and produce Clamps and Multi-socket cubes in-house, designed first of all for our production needs and made according to the quality standards of Italian mechanics. Equipment born from direct experience in the workshop, with the aim of reducing setup times, increasing clamping stability and exploiting the full potential of the machines.
This philosophy still guides the development of Jvonne solutions today.
Multi-socket Clamps: uncompromising rigidity and versatility.

Jvonne Clamps are designed to provide stable and reliable clamping in even the most demanding machining operations. The goal is simple: to maintain precision over time, minimizing adjustments and criticality in production.
At the base is a solid and durable construction, typical of a Made in Italy production oriented to continuity and reliability. This translates into safer machining, less vibration and higher quality of the final result.
Another key aspect is modularity: the Clamps are designed to be interchangeable and adaptable to different configurations, allowing multiple machining operations to be tackled without having to rethink the setup each time.
Finally, the design is intended to simplify the operator’s work. Clear references and quick-change systems significantly reduce setup time, making job changes smoother and more efficient.
Multi-socket cubes: maximizing work area

If the Clamps works on the detail, the Multi-socket cube acts on the organization of the entire production cycle. It is the ideal solution for increasing the number of workpieces that can be machined in a single setup, especially on horizontal machining centers.
Jvonne cubes are designed to offer a stable and reliable structure, in line with the construction approach of Italian mechanics, on which to configure various clamping equipment in an orderly and rational manner. The ability to take advantage of multiple sides makes it possible to optimize machine space and drastically reduce downtime.
The result is more continuous production, with fewer manual interventions and a machine that works longer independently. A tangible benefit in terms of efficiency, organization and overall workshop output.
A locking system designed for efficiency
Optimizing a workshop today means not simply choosing a robust component, but adopting systems that work consistently with each other. Clamps and Jvonne cubes are born with this in mind: eliminate wasted time, improve process stability, and ensure consistent accuracy over time.
